Ample disabled free parking. On entertaining the store we were welcomed by a member of staff. We looked around the store and liked the layout, well presented, clean and tidy. A good selection of very usable items. We checked out some of the items against the range website for stock, it showed as none available on 4 different items. So we approached the customer service desk 🤔 a young foreign member of staff wasn't as cheerful or helpful as the others and wasn't keen to assist.... BUT THEN Jade arrived to take over and assist very polite, smiling and went above and beyond to actually find all the items required in stock and brought them to the customer service desk.. as I disabled customer this was greatly appreciated and shows that their are genuine staff willing to help and represent the company in a good way " thank you Jade " The quality of the items purchased were all of high standard and in a sensible price range. We look forwards to returning to this branch in the future.. THANK YOU.....

The Range has become one of my favourite home stores for furnishings & decorations. They have lots of choice to suit all tastes and with very reasonable prices. The staff at Wakefield branch are very friendly & helped me make an online order which was delivered yesterday. Very happy with my new oversized oak mirror that was reduced in price to a bargain £59. There is always something to find on every visit :)
